1. Returns cost DKK 39, and the return label must be purchased via our website.
2. We only accept return packages within 14 days of pickup.
3. The item must be securely packed before shipping. Your return label will be sent by email. (Please note you have 14 days to return from the date you receive the email).
4. You are responsible for printing and affixing the return label correctly. Then drop off the package at your nearest Postnord parcel shop.
5. To create a return, you must purchase the product "Return label" below and enter your correct order number.
